Van Delivery Driver & Box Truck Farm Pickup Driver Lancaster Farm Fresh Organics Lancaster Farm Fresh Organics is seeking experienced, dependable Van Delivery Drivers & Box Truck Farm Pickup Drivers to join our growing team. About the Work We haul for a non‑profit cooperative of 120+ farms, delivering mostly organic produce along with meat, dairy, and dry goods.

Work includes:

Farm pickups in box trucks, local with possible later start times Local and regional deliveries in vans and box trucks to Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, and Washington, DC Routes begin early in the morning. Some days are shorter, others longer — flexibility is important. Key Responsibilities Safely operate vans, box trucks, and straight trucks Load and unload using handcarts and pallet jacks Deliver products accurately and on time Provide excellent customer service Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections Follow DOT regulations and company policies Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Job Requirements Experience driving vans and larger vehicles in urban environments Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly Strong organizational and customer service skills Reliable, positive attitude Must be 21+ (DOT requirement) Experience with 26‑ft box trucks preferred Valid DOT medical card preferred (must be able to pass DOT physical) CDL drivers encouraged to apply We operate vans, straight trucks, and Class B vehicles, with future expansion into tractor trailers Schedule & Overtime Early and later morning start times Weekend work may be required Overtime frequently available, especially May-October Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding role involving frequent loading and unloading using handcarts and pallet jacks. If you are not comfortable with hands‑on, physical work, this may not be the right fit.
