Customer Service Representative/ Delivery Driver

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide excellent service both in person and over the phone. Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver goods according to scheduled routes. Load and unload products using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary documentation accurately. Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory management, stock organization, and preparing shipments for delivery. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor. Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with loading/unloading procedures. Delivery driver experience, especially route driving involving multiple stops throughout the day. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely using appropriate equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
