Finish your route and get done for the day! Job Overview This is a non-CDL Delivery Driver position with Upside Delivers , delivering packages to Amazon customers! We need independent hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment! Ideal candidates enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care about customer expectations and satisfaction. Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory - this is a non-CDL position Supervisory positions are available and promoted from within the company Delivery Driver Responsibilities Successfully deliver packages to Amazon's customers Provide excellent customer service Keep pace in physically demanding job Work in all weather conditions Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Communicate with support team Use provided smart phone device with Amazon software Load Amazon packages in delivery vehicle Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a valid driver's license Requirements and key duties/responsibilities: •Must be comfortable driving a large delivery van, working outdoors 9-11 hours per day. We operate in rain, sleet, and snow, and high temperatures until the job is complete.•Must be reliable and dependable Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road ability to drive at night A valid driver's license Clean Driving Record for Last 7 years No major infractions No Speeding Infractions A reliable smart phone (we use ADP to clock in/out, and driving software to monitor on-road distractions and safe driving 21 years of age or older Must complete a 4 panel drug screen, and be subject to random drug screening Must be able to work a 9-11 hour shift 4-5 days a week. Overtime Opportunities on 5th and 6th day. Max 6 days can be worked. Operations run 7 days per week Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to walk packages up driveways, stairways, walkways, and any other reasonable delivery location. Must have reliable transportation to and from work Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

Holds high ethical standards at all times Proven track record of reliability DOT/CDL not required Prior professional driving experience Prior experience representing a consumer brand with professionalism Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently Demonstrate strong communication skills Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
