Class A Egg and Chick delivery driver Cohutta Georgia. (Normally - Mon, Tues, Thursday, Fri & Sat.)

Duties:

• Safely operate semi-truck and poultry equipment trailers, predominately egg & chick type trailers in North Georgia area.
• Load and unload commodity onto trailers at designated locations.
• Transport commodity and offload at designated locations including farms or drop and hook
• Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely delivery
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles

Requirements:

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with 2 years experience and appropriate endorsements.
• Good driving record with no major accidents / citations in last 24 months
• Experience operating similar equipment is preferred
• Possess or obtain medical certificate.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
• Strong attention to detail to accurately record deliveries and vehicle maintenance
• Excellent attendance. Must be able to commute to job location in personal vehicle each day.
• Moffett experience a plus, must be willing to train to operate.
