Compensation Starting Pay:

$160 per day

Performance Bonus:

Earn an additional $1 per stop for every stop over 120

Weekly Pay Payday Every Friday Schedule Work Days:

Tuesday through

AM Typical Shift:

Approximately 8 hours

Average Daily Stops:

Around 120 stops+

Average Daily Route:

Approximately 50 miles What You'll Do Safely operate a box truck or delivery vehicle on assigned local routes Deliver packages accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service Use GPS and routing technology to complete deliveries on schedule Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate route records Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Assist with basic warehouse duties when needed, including organizing freight and inventory Follow all DOT and company safety procedures Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous delivery driving experience is preferred Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles is a plus Ability to safely lift and move packages throughout the day Forklift or pallet jack experience is a bonus but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Benefits Paid Training Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time Weekly Pay Performance Incentives Why Join Us?
