Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations and delivering products to our valued customers. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries, excellent customer service, and smooth warehouse functions. Responsibilities Load, unload, and organize inventory using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safety and accuracy Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions for route driving and deliveries Deliver products to customers' locations promptly while maintaining professional customer service standards Assist with moving heavy items and performing manual lifting tasks as required during warehouse activities and deliveries Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary documentation accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment Follow all safety protocols related to driving, heavy lifting, and warehouse operations to prevent accidents or injuries Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving and route driving is highly desirable Ability to operate a box truck or similar vehicle with manual transmission confidently Experience with forklift operation, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving items, and long periods of standing or walking Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, lifting, and warehouse activities Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attention to detail Join us in delivering exceptional service while working in a vibrant environment that values your energy, skills, and dedication!
