You'll be on the front lines of our operation — getting fresh product into the hands of retail florists, event planners, and other customers on time and in top condition. This role is as much about representing our business as it is about driving. What You'll Do Perform daily deliveries of cut flowers, greenery, plants, and floral supplies to retail florists, event planners, and other wholesale customers Check off all orders prior to departure — verifying accuracy, product quality, and condition before the truck rolls Handle product with care to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our facility Maintain a professional, friendly presence with our customers at every stop Communicate any delivery issues, damages, or customer concerns promptly to dispatch or management Keep your vehicle clean, organized, and in good working order Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies at all times What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — non-negotiable Strong work ethic — this role requires early mornings, physical stamina, and a get-it-done attitude Sharp attention to detail when it comes to order accuracy and product quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, especially around floral holidays Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once on route Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or the floral/horticulture industry is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Compensation $120 - $170 per day depending on experience and route Bonus opportunities available based on customer care and attention to detail Schedule Full-time position Early morning start times required Increased volume around floral holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) SC Specialty Cut Flowers is an equal opportunity employer.
