We're a fast-growing, high-volume concept backed by an established food group (Maple Meal Prep & The Alternative Chef). We are fully booked Tuesday-Sunday through the end of the year and looking for someone who wants more than "just a job." This is an opportunity to step into a key role with real growth potential. The Role We are looking for a Food Truck Operator who can take ownership of daily service — from driving the truck to executing high-quality food and delivering an incredible customer experience. You'll be the face of 5th Sin on-site. Responsibilities Safely drive and operate the food truck to scheduled locations & events Execute service on: Flat top Fryer Manage and operate Toast POS system Maintain strong, friendly, and confident customer interaction Handle service flow during high-volume periods Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking Communicate clearly with the team and leadership What We're Looking For Comfortable driving larger vehicles (or willing to learn quickly) Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen (food truck experience is a plus) Confident on flat top and fryer Familiarity with Toast POS (or similar systems) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented The Opportunity This is not a static role.
