Compensation is $24/HR + you accrue vacation time just like a Full Time CDL driver! We are a local small business with the benefits of a large company. We haul exclusively for Amazon and are looking for professional, safety focused CDL Class A drivers. What you'll do: Haul Amazon loads (no touch freight) using state of the art Amazon-branded equipment and technology Service round-trip routes that last 6-38 HRS depending on your preference Play an important and respected role in keeping Amazon's commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place Often, we can tailor the position to your individual needs! Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience. Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL A) Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public. To understand highway traffic signs and signals in English. Must be able to properly fill out reports and enter information into Apps and Newest Technology Provided by Amazon. Must have a clean driving record. Must pass a DOT physical and Drug Test Ability to effectively learn and operate GPS enabled software and hardware. Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications.
