Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to residential and commercial locations according to scheduled routes Plan and navigate efficient delivery routes using route driving techniques to maximize productivity Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting of packages and merchandise Provide outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with customers, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging sales skills to enhance the customer experience Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation of all transactions and route activities Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and transaction handling Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Knowledge of route driving strategies for timely deliveries across diverse locations Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as product placement and inventory checks Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking during deliveries Organizational skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and route planning efficiently Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork Embark on a rewarding career where your drive makes a difference!
