We have routes available now and are hosting on-site hiring events to get you through the pipeline and on the road immediately. Skip the online wait. Come to our hub, get your apps set up, and get approved to drive in one visit. Our staff will be on-site to fast-track your onboarding. Location (Donelson): 1417 Elm Hill Pike #213, Nashville, TN 37210 Join us next week: Wednesday, June 3rd: 9:00 AM

What We'll Do at the

App Setup:
We will help you download and configure the BT Shift (onboarding/scheduling) and BT Driver (package delivery) apps .
Live Walkthrough:
We'll show you exactly how to scan packages and take Proof of Delivery (POD) photos.
Instant Activation:
We verify your documents on-site so you can start claiming routes right away. What to Bring (Required for On-the-Spot Approval): Valid U.S. Driver's License Proof of Current Vehicle Insurance Your Smartphone (iPhone or Android) The Vehicle you intend to use for deliveries
Contractor Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Own a reliable vehicle with enough space to hold packages. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. Contract is subject to a standard background check.
