Automotive Parts Associate/Parts Delivery Driver 400 Winfield Dunn Parkway, Sevierville, TN 37876 From $15 an hour - Full-time From $15 an hour - Full-time Job Summary Join the Volunteer Chevrolet team as an Automotive Parts Associate & Delivery Driver , where your passion for vehicles and customer service makes a real difference. In this dual-role position, you'll assist customers in finding the right parts while ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values reliability, product knowledge, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on vehicle needs Manage and maintain inventory, including stocking, organizing, and cycle counts Keep the parts department clean, organized, and properly labeled Answer phone inquiries professionally and build strong customer relationships Deliver parts safely and on time to customers and internal departments Verify orders for accuracy before delivery Maintain a clean and reliable delivery vehicle Communicate effectively regarding delivery schedules and any delays Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures Support general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading parts Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of automotive parts, maintenance, and repair preferred Strong communication and customer service skills (in person and over the phone) Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Dealership or automotive experience is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Previous delivery or logistics experience is preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
