Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-friendly Food Truck Operator to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, preparing food in a fast-paced environment, and helping create a fun guest experience. The Food Truck Operator will manage the daily operations of our on-site food truck, including food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting our location. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items using a flat top grill Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, kitchen, and guest areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling procedures Restock inventory and communicate supply needs Open and close the food truck daily Work efficiently during busy rush periods Help promote specials, add-on items, and combo sales when appropriate Maintain a positive attitude while working independently and as part of a team Qualifications Food service or customer service experience preferred Experience cooking on a flat top grill is a plus Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system Strong communication and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred Schedule Seasonal position Part-time or full-time opportunities available Weekend and holiday availability may be required Flexible scheduling available Why Work With Us?
