Independence with Support Manage your own delivery route while backed by an experienced operations team. Key Responsibilities Safely operate FedEx-branded step vans and box trucks. Complete residential and commercial package deliveries and pickups on an assigned route. Use handheld scanners and tablets to track deliveries and maintain accurate records. Organize and manage packages to ensure efficient route execution. Assist with loading and unloading vehicles at the terminal when needed. Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy. Follow all DOT, FedEx, and company safety procedures. Qualifications To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience, including delivery, moving, landscaping, towing, courier services, or rideshare driving. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. No major traffic violations, suspensions, or disqualifying offenses within the past 3 years. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds. Must pass a DOT physical examination. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule. Successfully pass a 7-year background check and pre-employment/random drug screenings.
