Prime Fuel Position Summary Prime Fuel is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver with Tanker and HazMat endorsements to transport and deliver diesel fuel from bulk storage facilities directly to construction equipment, generators, and job sites throughout the region. This position plays a critical role in supporting construction, infrastructure, utility, and industrial operations by ensuring equipment remains fueled and productive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of working in various weather conditions, committed to safe operations, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Safely transport diesel fuel from bulk storage terminals to customer job sites and equipment locations. Perform direct-to-equipment fueling of construction machinery, generators, and fleet vehicles. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate inspection records. Accurately document fuel deliveries, inventory levels, and customer transactions using electronic or paper reporting systems. Follow all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations. Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of trucks and fueling equipment. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel. Verify delivery locations, quantities, and customer requirements before fueling operations. Respond professionally to customer requests while maintaining a high level of service. Assist with spill prevention, containment, and emergency response procedures when necessary. QualificationsRequired Valid Class A or Class B CDL. Current Tanker Endorsement. Current HazMat Endorsement. Clean driving record. Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check. Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Previous fuel delivery or petroleum transportation experience. Experience working around construction equipment and job sites. Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and fuel management systems. Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly climb on and off trucks and fueling equipment. Lift and carry hoses, nozzles, and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds. Walk on uneven terrain and active construction sites. Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain
