Job Description
Delivery Driver / Golf Cart Transport Assistant Golf Cart Solutions is seeking a dependable and professional part-time Delivery Driver / Golf Cart Transport Assistant to join our growing team. This position is customer-facing and plays an important role in providing a positive experience for our sales and service customers. The ideal candidate will be punctual, presentable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers. This role requires experience driving and backing trailers, including a 20 ft. bumper pull trailer and a 40 ft. gooseneck trailer. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. A CDL is not required. This is currently a part-time position , scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with the potential to become full-time. Responsibilities Contact customers with delivery and pickup time updates. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload golf carts and accessories. Properly tie down golf carts and accessories for transport. Drive company truck with a 20 ft. bumper pull trailer and/or 40 ft. gooseneck trailer. Clean golf carts and maintain the appearance of inventory on the lot. Remove and reinstall customer golf cart accessories as needed. Complete required paperwork for the sales and service departments. Maintain organization of service and sales carts in the parking lot. Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Assist the team with general lot, delivery, and shop-related tasks. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Lift moderately heavy items and assist with moving or pushing golf carts when needed. Pay close attention to detail and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. Clean driving record required. Experience driving and backing trailers required. Ability to safely operate a truck with a 20 ft. bumper pull trailer and 40 ft. gooseneck trailer. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work well with a team. Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and moving items as needed.
