Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence & Communication
  • Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. Leadership & Teamwork
  • Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation
  • Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. Delivery Operations
  • Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. Returns & Pickups
  • Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. Safety Compliance
  • Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. Cash & Charge Transactions
  • Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance
  • Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly. Qualifications What Were Looking For
Minimum Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Valid Drivers License & Safety Compliance:
Must possess a valid drivers license and adhere to AutoZones driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
Automotive Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Youll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Exceptional Communication:
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Automotive Retail:
Previous experience in automotive retail
Hazmat Endorsement Preferred:
A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
