Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and drivers, to transport goods to multiple locations. Load and unload packages using heavy lifting techniques, forklifts, or pallet jacks as needed, ensuring items are secure for transit. Follow designated routes accurately and efficiently, adjusting plans as necessary to meet delivery schedules. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally and addressing any questions or concerns with a positive attitude. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports throughout your shift. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly. Assist in warehouse activities such as moving inventory or organizing stock when not on delivery routes. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on customer service. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading and inventory handling. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with manual transmission experience preferred. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Excellent driving skills with a clean record; experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable. Physical strength for heavy lifting, moving items, and performing manual tasks throughout the day.
