Fedex Ground Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will consist of transporting goods to various locations, helping out other drivers as needed and ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service. You must be able to lift at least 50lbs. for this position. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to navigate routes effectively. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including your own or any company vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries. Load and unload products using safe mobility. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any issues encountered during transit. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients upon delivery. As well as communication with all management throughout the day, every day. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safety and delivery procedures. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
