Part time CDL Class A Driver 5 YRS Exp Req

Part time Class A driver needed for local Grapevine Logistics Company. No over the road, no weekends

• day time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a variety of trucks, tractor and bobtail
• Load and unload materials and equipment using forklifts and pallet jack
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and compliance

Skills:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Proven 5 years experience as a Class A truck driver
• Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks This is NOT a no touch freight position.

We are looking for a person with a stable work history, no felony convictions can be considered. Must have a clean MVR and be able to pass a drug test and background check
