Delivery Driver - Mansfield, TX

$21.25 per hour plus bonus Mansfield, TX Opportunities! Ready Rabbit Delivery is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers at our Mansfield station. Earn $21.25 per hour with weekly performance and safety bonus potential on top. We are an Amazon Delivery Service Provider — we provide the van, the fuel, and the route, plus paid training from day one. Consistent full-time hours and you're home every night. You will drive our company vans and deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Starting from the Amazon station in Mansfield, TX (DDF4), you will load packages and follow a pre-planned delivery route. Together, we will deliver thousands of smiles every day! Details Drivers make $21.25 per hour. Every driver has bonus potential based on team performance up to $3.50 per hour and a $10 daily bonus if a full-time permanent driver becomes step van trained and delivers a step van route. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours per week. Drivers can anticipate 35 to 40 hours a week. This position is a 10-hour shift and requires a 4-day schedule per week. Ready Rabbit delivers 7 days a week, which means drivers rotate weekend shifts. Must be able to work weekends as needed. Drivers can choose rolling 4-day shifts (4 days on and 4 days off), or a fixed schedule that includes either Saturday, Sunday, or both. Shifts start at 10:45 a.m., but candidates need to be flexible if this changes. Benefits - Full-time Permanent Hire Delivery Associates with 30+ hours per week are eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision, STD, Life Insurance) and PTO. Eligibility begins 30 days after hiring. Paid every two weeks (biweekly).

A Typical Ready Rabbit Day:

Gather with teammates for a huddle and route assignment. Hop into your assigned delivery van and prepare for your day. Safely enter the delivery station and load packages as a team. Follow the GPS delivery route on a provided Rabbit device. Take breaks and lunch as scheduled. Stay connected with dispatch throughout the day. Assist teammates when needed. Return to the delivery station after completing deliveries and prepare vans for the next day.

Rabbit Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Have a valid U.S. driver's license that has not expired. Have reliable transportation to get to and from work. We supply vans for deliveries. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently throughout the day in all weather conditions. Must be a safe driver, as driving performance is evaluated through in-vehicle cameras. Interested?
