Pearland Flower Shop About Us Pearland Flower Shop is a fast-growing, local florist known for fresh, high-quality arrangements and exceptional customer service. We specialize in same-day deliveries and go the extra mile to create meaningful experiences for our customers. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-friendly delivery driver to join our team full-time. This role is critical to our business — you are the final step in delivering joy to our customers. Responsibilities Deliver floral arrangements safely and on time throughout the Pearland and surrounding areas Handle flowers with care to maintain quality and presentation Communicate with customers professionally during deliveries Follow delivery routes efficiently Assist in-store with basic tasks when not on deliveries (organizing, cleaning, light prep work) Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle Requirements Valid driver's license with a 5 year clean driving record Reliable and punctual (this is extremely important) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (especially holidays like Valentine's Day & Mother's Day) Must be able to lift and carry arrangements comfortably Familiarity with the Pearland/Houston area is a plus What We're Looking For Someone dependable who shows up on time every day Positive attitude and team player Takes pride in representing the business Problem-solver (deliveries don't always go perfectly — we need someone who can think on their feet) Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity for overtime during peak seasons Employee discounts on flowers Supportive and team-oriented work environment How to Apply Please apply with your: Name Phone number Brief work history We're looking to hire ASAP — if you're reliable and ready to work, we'd love to meet you!
