This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse while also providing excellent customer service during deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both warehouse tasks and driving responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment. Safely operate a box truck for route driving, ensuring timely deliveries to customers. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and managing inventory levels. Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse space, ensuring it is clean and orderly. Perform heavy lifting and moving of products as needed to facilitate efficient warehouse operations. Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials within the warehouse environment. Requirements Previous warehouse experience is required, with familiarity in load and unload procedures. Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving. Proven delivery experience with a strong understanding of route driving logistics. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the shift. Experience operating pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining operational efficiency within the warehouse setting.
