You'll be the friendly face our customers trust to deliver their new appliances and get them up and running smoothly. Duties Safely operate a box truck to deliver appliances to residential or commercial locations, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws. Unload appliances carefully, ensuring no damage occurs during transit or installation. Install a variety of appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers, following manufacturer guidelines and schematics. Assemble appliances accurately, connecting electrical components, water lines (for refrigeration or washing machines), and other parts as required. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate proper installation and repair. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver with knowledge of box trucks or similar vehicles. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, or field service roles. Ability to troubleshoot issues using technical manuals and schematics effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic assembly skills for installing appliances efficiently and correctly. Knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical work, equipment handling, and vehicle operation.
