Duties Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, needs, and budget, offering expert advice and recommendations. Use mobile devices to communicate with customers, manage orders, and coordinate pickups or deliveries efficiently. Drive to various locations such as grocery stores or warehouse distribution centers to gather items for customers' orders. Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills. Organize and prepare purchased items for pickup or delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality control. Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor while providing outstanding customer service throughout the shopping process. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and proper inventory management. Skills Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license to navigate between stores, warehouses, and delivery points safely. Proficiency with mobile devices for order management, communication, and navigation purposes. Experience working in warehouse distribution environments or food service settings enhances efficiency in handling various product types. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously in person and over the phone. Familiarity with grocery store layouts, product locations, and stock management processes. Knowledge of phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions with clients at all times. Effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and deliver exceptional service.
