FedEx Ground Contracted Service Provider:

Duo Enterprises, Inc. is a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground. We are actively looking for Pickup & Delivery Drivers. The terminal is located in Lindale, TX. We are looking for permanent drivers for Saturday. Benefits 6-8+ hour shifts starting at 7:15am •Compensation• - $100 training pay - $150 daily rate once you are on your own Weekly direct deposit Performance-based bonuses and incentives for reliable and motivated drivers On site safety and driver training (paid) The ideal Delivery Driver will be responsible for: Operating in a fast-paced work environment where you will be tasked with safely and efficiently delivering packages according to a daily route schedule while providing top-tier customer service Willingness to work every Saturday Daily pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections Organizing packages for efficiency Safe driving Scanning, delivering, and receiving packages in a timely fashion and according to protocol Application of appropriate codes for various delivery and pick-up situations Working independently while equipped with the resources necessary to meet team goals Loading delivery vehicles quickly and accurately Maintaining enthusiasm for the constant experience and knowledge gained in the expanding logistics/e-commerce industry The ideal Delivery Drivers should meet the following requirements: Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license Be physically able to handle getting in and out of a vehicle throughout the day Be able to maneuver packages up to 80-150lbs with and without a dolly Have some experience with large vehicles (no Commercial Driver's License is required) 1-year minimum verifiable employment driving experience within the last 3 years (preferred) Must pass background check, drug test, and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record Be punctual, reliable, and have excellent time management skills
