Deliver products promptly and accurately to customers' locations, ensuring proper handling and presentation of merchandise. Use strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. Manage delivery routes efficiently by planning optimal paths, utilizing organizational skills to maximize productivity. Assist with merchandising efforts at delivery sites, including heavy lifting and organizing stock as needed. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents or issues encountered during shifts. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred. Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and transaction handling. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly. Proven organizational skills to manage routes and delivery schedules efficiently. Prior experience in sales or upselling is a plus, along with knowledge of merchandising techniques.
