$58,000-$62,000 About General Distributing We are a fourth-generation, family-owned company proudly serving Utah with quality beverages and outstanding customer service. At General Distributing, we believe in hard work, teamwork, and taking care of our people. The Role We're seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver/Salesman responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, taking pre-sale orders, delivering beverage products, and ensuring products are properly stocked and merchandised. This role combines sales, customer service, and delivery responsibilities and plays a critical role in growing and maintaining customer relationships. What You'll Do- Take pre-sale orders from assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.
- Assist in pulling and staging orders in the warehouse.
- Safely deliver beverage products to assigned accounts.
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise product at customer locations.
- Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are full, organized, and appealing.
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and in compliance with DOT and company policies.
- Perform vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing General Distributing professionally. What You'll Bring
- Valid Class A CDL driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous route sales, delivery, or beverage industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle beverage products safely.
- Ability to work independently and manage a route effectively. Compensation & Benefits
