You will manage daily delivery routes, maintain precise documentation, and utilize modern logistics technology to provide exceptional service to our partners. Responsibilities Execute daily delivery routes using a box truck, ensuring all items are transported securely and arrive punctually. Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee operational safety and compliance. Utilize handheld electronic devices to manage delivery status, track inventory, and confirm successful drop-offs. Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo, utilizing material handling equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary. Maintain accurate logs for fuel, mileage, and delivery records in accordance with regulatory standards. Provide professional, friendly service to customers, including the collection of payments upon delivery. Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and load accuracy. Required Skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Current DOT Medical Card. Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally handle heavier items via team lifts or mechanical aids. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks such as forklifts or order pickers. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and route efficiency. Demonstrated ability to follow complex safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
