WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But here are a few skills you should have from the get-go, as well as some requirements:
  • Prepare, cook, serve, or deliver food that meets quality and safety standards
  • Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Support overall restaurant operations - While team members may be hired into a primary role (e.
g., delivery driver, cook, or customer service), all team members are expected to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed. This may include supporting in-store operations between deliveries or performing additional tasks to maintain service and operational standards.
A QUICK NOTE ON SAFETY
At Pizza Hut, we are passionate about the health and safety of our team members and our customers. In addition to our already high standards of rigorous cleaning and sanitizing, we have introduced new methods, such as curbside carryout and contactless delivery, to help ensure the safety of everyone in our communities. All protocols will be in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines and will be extended to the interview process.
