Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a FedEx Delivery Driver for, where you will be the friendly face delivering packages efficiently and safely to our valued customers. As a vital link in our logistics network, you will navigate routes confidently, handle packages with care, and contribute to a positive delivery experience every day. Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Load and unload packages using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and secure placement Drive predetermined routes efficiently, managing delivery schedules and communicating any delays or issues promptly Provide outstanding customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately in company systems Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal operation and safety standards are met Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organizing shipments for smooth dispatch Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience in a commercial setting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day and perform physical tasks such as moving boxes and equipment Familiarity with warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus but not mandatory Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Excellent navigation skills and knowledge of local roads; ability to follow GPS directions accurately Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain safety standards at all times Must be 21 years old Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills meet your passion for service!
