We specialize in Wayfair furniture delivery, assembly, and customer-facing in-home service. We run clean equipment, organized routes, and professional crews. We are hiring Non-CDL Furniture Delivery Driver and a Helper for Wayfair routes operating 26-ft box trucks with liftgates. Drivers work in 2-person teams delivering, carrying in, and occasionally assembling furniture in residential settings. This contract is driving from Richmond, VA, deliver in Virginia Beach, VA and return to Richmond, VA to make the deliveries daily. This is a physically active, customer-facing role with consistent routes, steady volume, and the ability to earn more based on performance. Pay $225 per day (Driver) $200 per day (Helper) Potential tips from customers

AM Routes:

Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays) Local routes only — home every day Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-ft box truck with liftgate (Non-CDL) Deliver Wayfair furniture to residential customers Perform basic furniture assembly when required Load and unload furniture using liftgates, dollies, pallet jacks, and straps Carry items into homes (stairs, tight spaces, apartments) Provide professional, courteous customer service Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions Maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment Accurately complete delivery paperwork/photos as required Requirements Minimum 1 year experience driving box trucks or similar CMVs Comfortable driving a 26-ft straight truck Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with team assistance and equipment) Experience with liftgates, dollies, pallet jacks, and straps Furniture delivery or final-mile experience strongly preferred Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Must pass background check and drug screening Smartphone required for routing and delivery apps Job Type 1099 Independent Contractor Apply Today If you have box truck experience and want steady work, local routes, and strong daily pay , we want to hear from you.
