Job Description

Business Summary We are Frothy Mug--a local female-owned business running out of Vienna, VA that sells coffee, drinks, and pastries on the go. Our events range from horse farms to weddings to farmers markets, and our customer base is equally vast. We are looking for a highly responsible person to serve drinks and manage operations.
Job Description:
Drives truck to and from events. Sets up truck to serve, including talking to event coordinator, choosing where to park the truck, and readying appliances and counters Takes orders from customers and prepares drinks/food items Works alongside or as the manager of a second employee in the truck Takes inventory of items on the truck after events Keeps the truck and appliances clean, including dealing with spills, wiping down counters, sweeping the floor, and doing the dishes.
Potential responsibilities:
Stocking truck between events Preparing drinks ahead of events (i.e. cutting fruit, combining ingredients) Hours are part-time and centered around larger weekend events, however we are looking for someone who is also available during typical school and work hours. This post is for a contractor (filing with a 1099 tax form) Contractor qualities: Experience with driving large vehicles or trucks. Must be trustworthy and responsible enough to drive the trucks. Must also have their own car or other reliable form of transportation that can reach all necessary locations. Experience in customer service, food preparation, and entrepreneurship (the last one is not necessary, but we are looking for awareness about various aspects of business) Friendly and genuine-can easily work with customers, event organizers, and other employees Has initiative-proactively sees problems and takes on the responsibility of solving them Dependably on-time Looking for applicants who could take on increasingly more responsibilities with an appropriate increase in pay, and would consider possible future ownership. This job runs until December, as those are our busiest months.
