$21.12/hr
  • $31.37/hr Night Differential
  • $2.25 Evening Differential

50 For Information on Employee Benefits and SEIU Contract What you will be doing: Answers signal lights and bells to determine patients' needs. Bathes, dresses, and undresses patients. Serves and collects food trays and feeds patients requiring help. Transports patients to treatment units, using wheelchair, stretcher, bed, or may assist them to walk. Assist with ambulation. Drapes patients for examinations and treatments, and remains with patients, performing such duties as holding instruments and adjusting lights. Assist patients to bathroom, bedside commode, or with use of bedpan for toileting Tidy and clean patients' rooms. Washes and dresses bodies of deceased persons. Changes bed linens, runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephones. Takes and records blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiration rates, glucose levels, and food and liquid intake and output as directed. Reports unusual findings to nurse. Assists with turning and repositioning patients as needed. Reports to RN any abnormal vital signs, skin breakdown, decline in mentation or other observed changes, Enters data into computer system. Places telemetry electrodes accurately when ordered.
