Delivery Driver (FedEx Ground)

We are a privately owned company contracted with FedEx Corp. to handle package delivery & pickup out of the Burlington, WA FedEx Terminal. We are currently hiring FULL‑TIME, PERMANENT Delivery Drivers to join our team.

Delivery Driver Pay/Benefits:

Delivery Driver Responsibilities include but not limited to: Finish loading/sort vehicle according to assigned route for the day as needed Deliver/pick-up packages to homes & local businesses in a timely manner Maintain accurate inventory of packages Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met Provide exceptional customer service & maintain communication with operating officer We operate 7 days a week & drivers are expected to work occasional weekends — typically 1 day, twice per month.

Delivery Driver Qualifications:

Have at least 6 months' driving experience Be at least 21 years of age Have a valid Driver's License & clean driving record (MVR will be checked) Must immediately pass a drug test & DOT physical (no cost to you) Must pass a full background screening (no cost to you) Able to handle large &/or heavy packages up to 150 lbs. with the help of a hand truck Able to climb stairs, repeatedly get in & out of the delivery truck & work in all weather conditions Military and Veterans are encouraged to apply

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
