Delivery Driver - COME

$27.00 - $29.00 per hour | Overtime Options | Health & Dental Benefits | $5,250 Annual Tuition Assistance We are looking for responsible individuals who value

CUSTOMER

SERVICE and love what they do. Come interview with Avanator , a "Friendlier Than Most" Amazon DSP! We are a locally owned, high-tech logistics company expanding our team in Tukwila, WA.

Schedule & Location Start Time:

9:30

AM Finish Time:

Must be available until 7:30 PM (End times vary based on volume)

Structure:

4 days a week (8-10 hours per day). One weekend day required (or both!)

Office Location:

2871 S 102nd St, Tukwila, WA 98168

Delivery Areas:

South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, First Hill, Central District, South Seattle, Montlake, Leschi, and Madrona.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$27.00/hr - $29.00/hr (Previous DSP transfers: We will match your pay! )

Tuition Assistance:

$5,250 yearly.

Retirement:

401K with a 4% Matching Program.

Comprehensive Medical & Dental (available after 30 days of full-time employment).

Delivery Driver Duties & Responsibilities Customer Obsessed:

Deliver packages and joy to our customers with a positive attitude.

Safe Operation:

Safely drive and operate company vehicles at all times.

Navigation:

Use handheld devices for routing and delivery information.

Performance:

We value and monitor quality and efficiency , along with a personal drive to constantly improve and "do better."

Basic Requirements & Qualifications Age:

Must be at least 21 years old.

Eligibility:

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Background:

Must pass a background check and drug screening (

Note:

We do NOT test for THC ).

Experience:

Previous experience delivering with another DSP!

Certification:

Being DOT certified (or having the desire to become certified) is a major plus. We will provide training and certification for those stepping up to larger Step Vans!

Physical:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs in all weather conditions. Why Avanator?
