Production & Delivery Associate

About the Role Uli's Famous Sausage is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production & Delivery Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, multi-role position that includes spice mixing, customer deliveries, light warehouse duties, and forklift operation. Schedule Shift start:

6:30 AM | Monday through Friday (schedule may vary) Key Responsibilities Spice Mixing Produce spice blends according to the daily production list (direction provided by supervisor) Maintain a clean workstation — wipe counters, dust mop floors, and manage garbage/recycling Weekly Supply Purchasing Complete spice inventory Purchase supplies as needed from local stores Customer Deliveries Prepare delivery route by reviewing invoices, confirming all items are accounted for, and loading vehicles in route order Drive company vehicle on scheduled delivery routes. Assist with vehicle cleaning and maintenance Collect customer signatures and checks; record check numbers and verify amounts against invoices Light Production & Packaging Pack and vacuum seal products as needed Warehouse & Facility Operate forklift for shipping and receiving as needed Manage trash removal and recycling Secure facility gates and parking area at end of shift Requirements Fluent in English Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift Strong attention to detail — accuracy with invoices and payments is essential Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training may be available) Able to follow direction and ask questions when something is unclear What We Offer Generous benefits package for full time employees Competitive starting wage A small, team-oriented workplace where your work is noticed and valued Variety — no two days are exactly the same Work Schedule - Full-time (after successfully completing a paid 3-day trial)
