Job Description
For more than 86 years, Martin Bros. has been a leading independent, family-owned foodservice distributor for restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, and other organizations across the Upper Midwest—and we continue to grow. We are currently seeking a Delivery Assistant to join our team in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will support delivery drivers in delivering products to customer. Start times typically range from 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m., working an average of 10 - 12 hours per day. As a Delivery Assistant, you will partner with Class A CDL drivers to ensure accurate, timely deliveries while providing friendly, customer-focused service. Responsibilities include scanning product cases, loading and stacking items onto hand carts, and delivering products directly into customer locations.
