FedEx Delivery Driver — Oshkosh, WI We're a local FedEx contractor based in Oshkosh, building out our team and looking for reliable drivers who want steady year-round work, a well-maintained truck, and a manager who actually picks up the phone. What You'll Do Deliver and pick up packages along an assigned local route Drive a company-provided step van (we maintain it — you drive it) Load your truck in the morning, scan and deliver throughout the day, return to station Provide friendly, professional service to homes and businesses Average 8-10 hour days What We Offer Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly via direct deposit Bonus opportunities , including sign-on, safety, performance, attendance, and peak-season bonuses Year-round work — no seasonal layoffs Paid time off after eligibility period Health benefits available for full-time drivers Truck, fuel, uniform, handheld scanner, and an in-cab iPad with GroundCloud all provided Real path to becoming a route lead or operations manager as we grow What You Need 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean record (last 3 years) 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, box truck, Uber/Lyft, food delivery, military, construction — all count) Able to pass a FedEx background check and DOT drug screen Able to move packages up to 150 lbs with the assistance of a dolly, and handle stairs, ramps, and curbs throughout the day Willing to work outdoors in all weather Smartphone for dispatch communication Dependable transportation to the terminal each morning How to Apply Reply to this posting with a short note about your driving background.
