Pay:
$18-$24/hour Full-Time Seasonal Position | Overtime Opportunities Available About Us Badger Event Rentals is a growing event rental company providing tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, and event equipment for weddings, festivals, corporate events, fairs, and private events throughout Central Wisconsin. We are hiring a dependable Crew Lead / Installation / Driver to lead event setup crews, drive box trucks, and manage daily installations and deliveries. This is an active, hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in driving large box truck/truck & trailor, general labor, delivery driving, warehouse work, moving, construction, landscaping, or event setup. If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, staying active, and leading a small crew, this is a great opportunity. Job Responsibilities Drive a 16'-26' box truck and diesel long bed 4-door w/20ft trailer to event locations (no CDL required) Lead a crew of 2-3 team members during job-site setups, and teardown jobs Load and unload tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, and event rental equipment (50-100lbs) Communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites Work outdoors in varying summer weather conditionsWhat We're Looking For This role is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in: General labor Moving companies Construction Landscaping Warehouse operations Furniture delivery Event setup Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Confidently drive large delivery box truck/trailer - forward/backward Pass Department of Transportation drug screen. Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable performing physical outdoor work Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lead and direct a small crew professionally Occasional Sunday availability during busy season Schedule Full-time position with overtime opportunities Typical schedule is 35-40+ hours per week Overtime opportunities available during peak event season Compensation & Benefits $25/hour with experience Overtime opportunities To be eligible for an interview: Your resume/application must show proven ability to confidently drive large delivery box trucks or truck & trailor.
