Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver/Customer Service professional! Duties Safely operate various commercial vehicles, including delivery vans, following designated routes efficiently. Load and unload goods using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety. Deliver products directly to customers' locations, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and ensuring satisfaction. Verify delivery accuracy by inspecting shipments, completing necessary paperwork, and documenting any discrepancies or damages. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment, conducting routine inspections before and after routes. Assist with warehouse tasks when needed, including inventory management and organizing stock for smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role, with familiarity in route driving and heavy lifting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle is preferred. Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading cargo, moving heavy items, or operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely. 50 lb Lifting Requirement. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
