Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are looking for professional, compassionate captains for consistent year-round work out of Rainbow Harbor in Long Beach. Established in 2007, our company provides dignified memorials at sea and private yacht charters. Our goal is to deliver exceptional, memorable experiences for families during a sensitive time.
Requirements Licensing :
Valid USCG 100-ton license.
Safety :
Current CPR/First Aid certification.
Screening :
Ability to pass a mandatory drug test.
Availability :
Weekends are our top priority.
Service :
Excellent people skills, customer service is a must. Main Duties Keep detailed logs of voyages and maintenance history. Safely operate the yacht in line with maritime laws. Handle daily vessel maintenance and safety equipment checks. Conduct regular safety drills and onboard inspections. Customer service skills are a must, Captain is main contact with family very involved with family throughout entire trip. Skills Needed Strong background in managing vessel operations. Good mechanical knowledge of yacht systems and engines. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure. Clear leadership skills to manage a diverse crew.

$50.00 per hour
