Our company's mission is to show people the best time on the water, and for 8 years, we have delivered. This position will be Captaining our 26-passenger and working on our 26-passenger USCG inspected party boats. The ideal candidate has great situational awareness so that they prevent any accidents and can keep guests safe. Team mentality, great communication, and high energy are top qualities for this position. We work closely with the Coast Guard to ensure compliance of each vessel and crew member is met. Each vessel will have a mate to assist. On top of the $30/hr rate, tips range $50-$160 per day; these increase with more energy, fun, and customer service. We automatically include gratuity for private charters. The days are entertaining and spent on the water having a blast. Required skills are anchoring, knots, and great customer interaction. We are all about the team mentality, candidate must have positive attitude. The position will also include cleanliness, minor maintenance, and minor repairs of the vessel to keep it charter ready. At least a 25ton Coast Guard License is required . Passing a drug test is mandatory since you will be working on a US Coast Guard inspected vessel. You are also required to have permission to work in the USA. We have consistent work through September.
