Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Charter Boat Captain (minimum 6-pack license) to lead exciting, safe, and memorable boating adventures. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the vessel, ensuring passenger safety, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership and expertise will create a positive experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This is an energetic position perfect for someone passionate about boating, management, and providing outstanding recreational experiences on the water. Responsibilities Operate the vessel safely and efficiently, adhering to all maritime regulations and safety protocols Manage daily boat operations, including navigation, docking, and rigging procedures Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their safety and enjoyment Conduct routine maintenance checks on mechanical systems and rigging equipment to ensure optimal performance Oversee crew members or assistants when applicable, providing guidance and management to ensure smooth operations Maintain detailed logs of trips, safety inspections, and maintenance activities Respond promptly to emergency situations or unforeseen incidents with professionalism and calmness Qualifications Valid minimum 6-pack captain's license with appropriate maritime certifications Prior experience operating boats in a recreational or commercial setting Strong mechanical knowledge of boat systems, rigging, and safety equipment Background in management or leadership roles, ideally within maritime or military environments Knowledge of rigging techniques and maintenance procedures for various vessel components Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and safety instructions Ability to handle mechanical troubleshooting and perform routine repairs as needed Join us in delivering unforgettable water adventures!
