Parasail Captains & Shuttle Boat Captains Locations:
Sarasota/Siesta Key and Venice, Florida Siesta Key Watersports is a family-run company serving more than 50,000 guests each year on Sarasota's waterways. We're busier than ever and looking for experienced, safety-focused captains who take pride in creating exceptional experiences on the water. Responsibilities Safely operate company vessels in accordance with USCG regulations and company procedures Prioritize guest safety while delivering friendly, professional service Conduct safety briefings and maintain a positive, team-first attitude Monitor weather and water conditions and make sound operational decisions Assist with vessel cleanliness, maintenance, inspections, and general dock operations Represent Siesta Key Watersports with professionalism and hospitality Qualifications USCG Master Captain's License required Previous commercial boating experience required Friendly, dependable, and safety-focused Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Requirements Weekends and holidays are required during season Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences What We Offer Competitive pay Busy, established operation with steady work Incredible team culture and family-run environment Long-term opportunities with a growing company
