Tampa Bay Boating Adventures is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boat Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a USCG Master's License and at least 3 years of experience in the marine industry. We're looking for a young, fun, and outgoing captain that's ready to PARTY while prioritizing safety. As a Boat Captain, you will be responsible for safely navigating our 26-foot deck boat around Tampa Bay while providing our guests with the ultimate party experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers on board, maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vessel, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on demand. Pay is hourly with tips, often ranging from $300

• $600 total for a 4 to 8 hour trip.

Trips are limited to 12 guests.

Requirements:

USCG Master's License. At least 3 years of experience in the marine industry Ability to safely navigate a 26 foot party boat Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
