$70 per 90-minute cruise + tips We're looking for a high-energy Tiki Boat Captain who can safely operate our party cruises while bringing the vibe every single trip. This is not a "quiet captain" job. We want someone who can command the boat and the party. If you're the type of person who naturally gets people laughing, dancing, singing, and having the best night of their vacation — keep reading. What You'll Do Safely captain 90-minute tiki boat cruises Host fun, upbeat experiences for guests Control music, energy, and overall atmosphere Interact with groups celebrating birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, vacations, sunset cruises, etc. Handle docking, passenger safety, and nighttime operation Keep the boat clean, stocked, and ready for the next cruise Requirements Must be comfortable operating boats at night Valid captain's license preferred (Min OUPV) Outgoing, entertaining personality Confident speaking to groups and being the "life of the party" Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and evenings Must create a fun experience while maintaining safety at all times If guests leave saying "that captain MADE the trip," you're exactly who we want.
