Boat Captain No Whiners Sportfishing Honolulu, HI Job Details Part-time $200 a day 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Guest relations Customer service USCG License In-person customer service Driver's License Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced Captain to join our team on a busy sportfishing charter boat. Must have a strong passion for the ocean, excellent customer service skills, and a reliable work ethic. Position(s): Licensed Captain with USCG credentials (valid license required) fishing and boating experience
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Must be responsible and reliable Knowledge of Hawaiian waters and fishing techniques (trolling, bottom fishing, etc.) Strong safety awareness and seamanship skills Positive attitude and ability to work well with guests Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Captain must have valid USCG license
Compensation:
Paid by trip (plus tips) and fish money Flexible schedule depending on charter bookings
