Job Description

Offshore Foreman $ 2,650 WEEKLY Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!
Key Requirements:
As a Marine Offshore Foreman you will be the on-site leader who supervises crews, coordinates daily job assignments, and ensures safety and quality standards on marine construction sites, shipyards, or docks. You manage heavy equipment, resolve logistical issues, and act as the vital link between project management and field staff. Supervise daily construction, maintenance, and logistics operations on offshore vessels, rigs, or platforms Create lookahead schedules, maintain inventory, and collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to keep jobs on schedule. Ensure marine assets (cranes, winches, skiffs, and deck machinery) are inspected, operational, and properly
