Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations Design strategy and set goals for growth Lead Section & Able to Grill 4-5 Table At the Time Opening Team Meeting Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Help Junior Waiter server Direct the employee assessment process Prepare regular reports for upper management Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Skills Proven experience as CAptain Experience in planning and budgeting Customer Service Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Prefer someone with BBQ restaurant or Korean restaurant experience.
